As a barista, you will be responsible for delivering a memorable Starbucks Experience through excellent customer service and expertly prepared beverages and food items. • You follow store policies and standards, including beverage and food quality, cash handling, and security protocols.
• You engage sincerely with customers, identifying and responding to their needs through clear, pleasant communication.
• You can prepare food and drinks according to standard or customized recipes, including adjustments in ingredients or quantities.
• You are capable of performing various store duties during your shifts.
