As a Starbucks barista, you will be responsible for delivering the iconic Starbucks experience by combining excellent customer service with expert beverage and food preparation. You'll work in a lively store setting where you’ll expand your skills in crafting high-quality food and drinks, collaborate with colleagues, and engage with customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage warmly with customers, creating a welcoming environment and memorable experience.
- Prepare beverages and food items precisely according to standard recipes, accommodating modifications such as ingredient substitutions or quantity adjustments.
- Work flexibly across various tasks in the store during each shift, including cash handling and ensuring safety protocols are followed.
- Maintain an organized and clean workspace to promote efficiency and safety.

Qualifications
- No prior experience is necessary; we welcome individuals willing to learn.
- Fluency in French (reading, writing, speaking) is mandatory.
- Availability to work varied shifts including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays.
- Adherence to store policies related to product quality, cash handling, safety, and security.
- Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions, seeking clarification when needed.
