Key Responsibilities

• Create the signature Starbucks Experience by delivering outstanding customer service and expertly crafting beverages and food.
• Engage with customers warmly to make their visits memorable, contributing to their best moments of the day.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment while handling cash and store safety duties responsibly.
• Work efficiently in a dynamic, fast-paced store setting alongside team members, staying calm and focused.
• Learn and apply the latest beverage recipes and food preparation standards.

• Effective communicator with excellent interpersonal skills and capability to build relationships.
• Reliable with consistent attendance and punctuality, adaptable to flexible scheduling including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks within the store during shifts and follow oral and written instructions accurately.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Meet company policies regarding quality, cash handling, and store safety, with or without accommodations.
• Available to work varied shifts; demonstrate ability to respond to customer needs and maintain service standards.
