Role Overview

As a Starbucks barista, you'll craft the Starbucks experience for every customer by providing outstanding service and preparing expertly made food and beverages. Working in a lively store atmosphere, you will have opportunities to hone your craft, collaborate with your team, and meet new people daily. We believe a smile and a coffee from our baristas can brighten a customer’s day.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service through friendly and efficient interactions.
• Prepare beverages and food items according to Starbucks recipes or customer preferences.
• Maintain cash handling integrity and store safety standards.
• Keep the workspace clean, organized, and safe.
• Work cooperatively with team members to meet store goals.
• Handle various store tasks as assigned during shifts, demonstrating flexibility.

• Capable of understanding and addressing customer needs clearly and courteously.
