Job Responsibilities

• Create an exceptional Starbucks customer experience by delivering outstanding service and crafting expertly prepared food and beverage items.
• Work in a lively store environment that allows you to refine your food and drink preparation skills while enjoying teamwork and meeting new people.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, uphold store safety standards, and manage responsibilities such as cash handling effectively.
• Stay calm and composed in a fast-paced setting, consistently delivering quality work with a focus on customer satisfaction.

Skills and Qualifications

• No prior experience necessary.
• Consistent attendance and punctuality, with flexibility to work varied shifts including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays.
• Ability to provide quality food and beverages following standardized or customized recipes, adjusting for temperature, ingredient amounts, or substitutions as requested.
• Strong communication skills to engage customers, understand their needs, and deliver pleasant service.
• Capable of handling multiple store tasks during shifts with a willingness to learn and collaborate.
