As a Barista at our vibrant store location, you will deliver the renowned Starbucks Experience through exceptional customer service and high-quality beverage and food preparation. You will thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced atmosphere, honing your craft while building friendships and brightening customers' days with your friendly attitude.

Key Responsibilities

• Craft customized beverages and food to Starbucks standards, ensuring quality in every order.
• Maintain an inviting and organized service area that meets safety and cleanliness requirements.
• Engage customers warmly, listening and responding to their preferences to create a memorable experience.
• Handle cash transactions and uphold store safety protocols responsibly.
• Perform diverse store duties flexibly throughout shifts to support smooth daily operations.

Qualifications & Requirements

• No prior experience necessary; training will be provided.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality with ability to work flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays, and nights.
• Capability to meet operational standards including food/beverage preparation, cash handling, and enforcing store security.
• Ability to understand and follow instructions effectively, with the initiative to seek clarification as needed.
