Key Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service to create memorable experiences.
• Prepare food and drink items following standard recipes or customized preferences.
• Manage cash handling and uphold store safety and security protocols.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace to ensure efficiency and hygiene.
• Engage positively with customers, understanding and responding to their needs effectively.
• Collaborate with team members to support various store duties throughout each shift.

Qualifications and Skills

• No prior experience required; on-the-job training provided.
• Consistent punctuality and attendance with or without accommodation.
• Flexible availability including early mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays, and nights.
• Ability to follow oral and written instructions accurately with willingness to seek clarification.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
• Capable of learning quickly and adapting in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and teamwork abilities for relationship building.
