As a Starbucks barista, you will deliver the Starbucks Experience by providing exceptional customer service and preparing expertly crafted beverages and food. The role involves working in a lively store setting, developing your skills in food and drink preparation, collaborating with teammates, and engaging with new and familiar customers. Key Responsibilities and Qualifications
- Welcome and connect with customers, ensuring a top-notch service experience.

- Prepare and serve beverages and food items per standard recipes or customized orders, including adjustments to ingredient quantity or temperature.
- Handle cash transactions responsibly and uphold store safety standards.

- Demonstrate clear and positive communication abilities.
- Adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic work environment with calmness and focus.
- Maintain punctual and consistent attendance, embracing flexible scheduling options including early mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays, and night shifts.
