Become a part of their food and beverage front-of-house team as a Barista, where you will craft exceptional hot and cold drinks, ensuring top quality and precision.

Key Responsibilities

• Warmly greet customers and cultivate personal connections by remembering names, preferred drinks, and anticipating their needs.
• Prepare beverages adhering strictly to recipes to meet brand standards for quality and consistency.
• Engage and inform customers about coffee, tea, and other beverage blends, including preparation methods and freshness.
• Manage orders through the POS system, handle payments accurately in cash or credit, and return correct change.
• Innovate and develop new drinks aligned with current market trends and menu updates.
• Comply fully with food safety protocols, documenting observations to maintain process integrity.
• Monitor product expiry daily to ensure adherence to safety standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the bar and surrounding work areas, including utensils and equipment.
• Place supply orders based on stock levels and business demand for smooth operations.
• Address and report any customer complaints promptly to the on-duty manager for swift resolution.
• Receive and stock supplies, following First In First Out (FIFO) principles to ensure proper product rotation.
• Proactively promote up-selling opportunities during guest interactions.
• Coordinate with colleagues and managers regarding stock shortages during service periods.
• Check equipment temperatures to confirm proper operation of refrigerators, freezers, and heating devices.

Candidate Profile

• Completed high school education.
• At least 2 to 3 years of experience in a comparable barista position, preferably within luxury brands or 5-star hotel environments.
• Fluency in English is essential; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
• Expertise in creating coffee art and design, with an available portfolio.
• Strong knowledge of loose-leaf teas and tea connoisseurship.
• Ability to craft balanced drinks reflecting the latest trends in the market.
