Role Expectations

No prior experience is necessary; we value your passion for delighting customers. This role is unique and involves building genuine connections and crafting delicious beverages. Typical duties include:

• Consistently preparing high quality beverages, whole bean coffee, and food according to our recipes and presentation guidelines
• Assisting with store operations such as opening/closing, cash management, and ensuring safety and security
• Supporting team members during busy periods to maintain smooth service
• Understanding and anticipating customer and store needs by knowing your environment and clientele
• Providing outstanding customer service by prioritizing the customer and creating meaningful interactions
• Keeping your workspace clean and organized for both customers and colleagues

Working hours may include early mornings, evenings, and weekends, reflecting the nature of retail environments.
