Job Overview

You will prepare a variety of espresso-based coffee drinks and specialty beverages, along with mocktails, infusion mocktails, coolers, milkshakes, and unique signature drinks. Creativity in experimenting with flavors and ingredients to develop new beverage recipes is encouraged, ensuring consistent taste, presentation, and portion sizes. Responsibilities include handling and maintaining equipment such as espresso machines, grinders, blenders, and other bar tools, while upholding stringent hygiene, cleanliness, mise en place, and inventory management standards. Delivering a professional and welcoming customer experience is vital.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare espresso and specialty coffee drinks.
• Create mocktails, infusion drinks, coolers, milkshakes, and original signature beverages.
• Experiment with different flavors, ingredients, and infusions to innovate new drink recipes.
• Ensure consistent taste, presentation, portion control, and quality of all beverages.
• Operate and maintain espresso machines, grinders, blenders, and bar equipment.
• Maintain high levels of hygiene, cleanliness, and properly organize mise en place and inventory.

Candidate Profile

• Possesses 1 to 3 years of experience as a Mixologist, Barista, Beverage Specialist, or in a related role.
• Proficient in preparing espresso coffee and various beverage types.
• Experienced in making mocktails, infusions, milkshakes, coolers, and creative drinks.
• Innovative and passionate about experimenting with flavors and crafting new beverages.
• Good knowledge of drink presentation, garnishing techniques, and maintaining beverage consistency.
• Energetic, well-presented, customer-friendly, and attentive to details.
• Capable of performing efficiently during busy café periods.
