About Join Program and the Role
Join Program, a part of the Vermaat Deutschland Gruppe and sister company to L & D GmbH, transforms office catering with app-supported and scalable solutions delivering restaurant-quality meals. Our innovative concept, successfully implemented in the Netherlands, enhances employee satisfaction across industries by offering exceptional food that boosts productivity and collaboration. We are currently seeking a passionate and skilled Barista to join our team located at the Boston Consulting Group’s office in Berlin.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare high-quality coffee specialties and hot beverages
- Ensure modern and appealing food presentation
- Advise guests on beverage and snack selections
- Perform quality checks and maintain coffee machines
- Support daily operations including dishwashing, table cleaning, and replenishing refrigerators
- Adhere to quality and hygiene standards diligently
Candidate Profile
- Strong passion for coffee and beverage preparation
- Excellent barista skills
- Prior experience in front-of-house or service roles preferred
- Creativity and enthusiasm for emerging trends
- Friendly and customer-focused demeanor
- Fluency in German to effectively engage guests
- Self-motivated with responsibility and adaptability
- Reliability, especially during busy periods
