Key Responsibilities

• Prepare premium espresso coffees and specialty drinks to a high standard
• Provide outstanding customer service interactions
• Confidently operate commercial espresso equipment
• Take and process customer orders and payments accurately
• Keep the coffee area clean, tidy, and well-organised
• Support food service duties and Front of House tasks
• Adhere strictly to food safety and hygiene regulations

Candidate Profile

• Prior experience as a Barista in café or hospitality settings
• Proficiency with commercial espresso machines
• Strong customer communication and service skills
• Approachable, professional appearance and attitude
• Ability to work effectively in high-pressure environments
• Dependable, punctual, and adaptable with availability
• Knowledge of food safety practices is advantageous
