Barista - Bath, Southgate Centre

About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated Barista to join our vibrant team at the Southgate Centre location in Bath. This full-time position involves 35 hours of work per week and offers an opportunity to be part of a fast-growing, ethical company known for delicious food and organic coffee across over 750 shops globally.

Responsibilities

As a Barista, you will craft and serve our range of handcrafted drinks, including hot and iced coffee beverages. You will be responsible for ensuring every cup meets our high standards by undergoing comprehensive training to develop confidence, pace, and expertise in coffee making.

Compensation and Benefits

• Competitive hourly wage at £14.55, inclusive of mystery shopper bonuses.
• Additional £5 per hour for shifts commencing between 3 AM and 5 AM after initial training.
