Role Overview

We are seeking Baristas and Service Personnel, ideally university students, to join our team at the S-Bahnhof Ostkreuz café location.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare coffee, hot beverages, and porridge behind the counter.
• Collaborate in shifts with the Store Manager and team members.
• Engage in customer care and build relationships with regular guests.
• Ensure compliance with HACCP standards and manage inventory efficiently.
• Prepare wraps and porridges according to official recipes.
• Process sales transactions actively and contribute to upselling efforts.

Qualifications and Expectations

• Prior experience in gastronomy is beneficial but not mandatory; comprehensive training is provided.
• Demonstrate flexibility and strong teamwork abilities.
• Exude a friendly demeanor and maintain a neat appearance.
