Key Duties
- Follow all spa and hotel department policies, service routines, and standards without exception.

- Receive guests courteously and professionally at the reception desk.
- Arrange appointments and maintain the booking calendar.
- Handle phone calls, emails, and general enquiries.
- Process payments and prepare invoices or receipts as needed.
- Keep the reception area organized, clean, and inviting.
- Introduce services, offers, and retail products to clients.
- Carry out selected beauty services, including facials, waxing or threading, manicures and pedicures, optional basic massage, and eyebrow shaping and tinting.
- Recommend suitable skincare products and aftercare routines.
- Maintain hygiene and cleanliness across treatment areas and equipment.
- Work in line with all health and safety requirements.
- Update client files and treatment records accurately.
- Support consultations and provide necessary nail or hair care services when required.
