Position Overview

This full-time Bar Waitress role is based on-site in Bardez, Goa, involving direct guest interaction. Responsibilities include saluting guests, taking and processing orders for drinks and food, serving beverages and light snacks, and ensuring cleanliness and orderliness of tables and bar premises. The role demands clear communication about menu selections, payment handling, and strict adherence to hygiene and safety protocols. Collaboration with bartenders, kitchen personnel, and other team members is essential to provide timely and efficient service. The position requires availability for shifts during evenings, late nights, weekends, and holidays to align with the nightclub's operating schedule.

Required Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills with a focus on delivering exemplary hospitality and guest satisfaction.
• Experience in food and beverage or food service sectors, ideally within bars, nightclubs, or restaurants.
• Clear and professional communication abilities to engage effectively with both guests and staff.
• Basic food preparation skills to assist with simple bar snacks or menu preparation.
• Physical stamina for prolonged standing and safely carrying trays and glassware.
• Meticulous attention to detail in order taking, serving, and handling cash or point-of-sale transactions.
• Knowledge of responsible alcohol service practices and fundamental health and safety standards.
• Previous work in nightlife or hospitality environments is advantageous.
• Flexibility to work evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays when needed.
