About The Role
As a Bar Waiter at The Florentin, your primary responsibility will be to ensure the smooth operation of the bar by providing a clean, quiet, and well-organized environment that allows bartenders to perform without delays. Your work will focus on preparation, maintenance, and organization of the bar, ensuring the availability of goods and upholding hygiene and quality standards. Supporting the team during service is key, alongside contributing to a calm and professional working atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain an orderly, hygienic, and efficient bar area that supports optimal bartender performance.
- Prepare, care for, and organize the bar stock and station.
- Ensure availability of necessary inventory and keep the workspace tidy.
- Assist team members actively during service periods.
- Adhere strictly to hygiene and quality standards.
- Promote a quiet and professional workplace ambiance.
Candidate Profile
- Genuine interest in bar culture, beverages, and high-quality products.
- Prior experience in gastronomy or bar service is advantageous but not mandatory.
