We are looking for dedicated Bar Assistants to join our team at Three Bears Brewery & Restaurant, a unique craft brewery located within Banff National Park. Our venue features an open-air dining atmosphere year-round, highlighted by a retractable stargazing roof, beer garden, and a towering 25-foot pine tree. The menu showcases chef-inspired dishes paired perfectly with our handcrafted beers, aiming to enhance every bite from chicken wings to Alberta striploin.

Candidate Requirements
- Must possess ProServe certification.
- While bartending experience is an advantage, comprehensive training will be provided to develop your skills.
- Excellent communication abilities are essential.
- Availability for a flexible schedule to meet operational needs.
- A strong work ethic combined with a positive and team-focused mindset.
Job Responsibilities
- Ensure the bar area remains fully stocked, well organized, and runs efficiently.
- Provide exceptional customer service to guarantee a pleasant and seamless experience for patrons.
- Manage glassware and maintain inventory levels during busy periods.
- Support bartending operations as a crucial member of the beverage team.
