Role Overview

This role supports cash processing and banknote operations, with a strong focus on accuracy, stock control, and secure handling of physical currency. Key Duties

• Count cash pieces accurately and support verification of physical currency.
• Help inspect incoming shipments in bulk.
• Assist with packing activities for outgoing shipments.
• Compile detailed stock lists for front office sales and repatriation movements.
• Prepare stock lists required for end-of-day reconciliation.
• Confirm that physical inventory matches the manual stock records.
• Cross-check the manual stock list against the system-generated end-of-day stock report.
• Maintain daily stock documentation so it is available for audit or management review.
• Escalate and document any stock discrepancies.
• Submit counterfeit notes to the Commercial Affairs Department (CAD).
• Keep machine maintenance and servicing records up to date.
• Support the opening and closing of the vault.
• Carry out arming procedures for the cash processing and vault areas.
• Assist with inventory indenting when required.
• Take on additional tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

• A Diploma is the minimum qualification required; a Degree or an equivalent qualification is also acceptable.
• Prior exposure to cash handling, cash counting, or logistics-related work is needed.
• The candidate should be careful with numbers, detail-oriented, and comfortable using basic computer applications.
