About the Role
Practice Plus Group is opening a new Birmingham Hospital and is looking for an experienced Radiographer to join the team on a bank basis. This is an opportunity to contribute to a modern, patient-focused healthcare setting with new facilities, up-to-date equipment, and a collaborative culture.
The role is suited to someone who enjoys making a meaningful impact on patient care, wants to develop their skills further, or is looking for the next step in their radiography career. The organisation values flexibility and aims to support a healthy balance between work and personal life.
You will be part of a supportive multidisciplinary team led by an experienced Imaging Manager, working to deliver a safe, efficient, and high-quality imaging service.
Key Duties
- Carry out radiographic work to a consistently high professional standard while following the relevant codes of practice for radiographers.
- Work across general X-ray, mobile radiography, and theatre imaging.
- Keep patient records up to date for all examinations in line with departmental procedures.
- Verify patient identity and paperwork, and ensure imaging examinations are completed in line with clinical requests and local protocols.
Candidate Profile
The ideal applicant will be an HCPC-registered Radiographer with enthusiasm, a strong patient-care focus, and the ability to deliver X-ray and theatre radiography support.
Additional Information
Shortlisted candidates will be contacted directly. The employer reserves the right to close the vacancy early if an appropriate candidate is appointed before the advertised closing date. All offers are subject to satisfactory pre-employment checks. The company is committed to diversity and equal opportunities, and applicants must have the legal right to work in the UK.
