Role overview
The Hillingdon Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is looking for an enthusiastic Band 5 Physiotherapist to become part of its friendly and professional therapy team. This rotational role is based across the Hillingdon Hospital site in Uxbridge and Mount Vernon Hospital in Northwood.

There is also an opportunity to gain experience in paediatrics and rapid response work through collaboration with Central and North West London NHS Foundation Trust.
Physiotherapy and occupational therapy are closely integrated, creating a supportive setting where staff are encouraged to reach their potential and continue developing throughout their careers. A strong focus is placed on ongoing professional development and lifelong learning.
Both hospital sites also host undergraduate clinical placements for students from NW London Universities and the University of Hertfordshire.
This vacancy may close before the stated end date if a large number of applications is received.

As part of the junior rotational scheme, the role may include work in outpatients, orthopaedics, hand therapy, surgery and ITU at Mount Vernon, and medical, outpatients, orthopaedics, care of the elderly, acute stroke, and neurological rehabilitation at the Hillingdon site. Community-based paediatrics and rapid response duties may also be included in partnership with CNWL Trust.
