About the Role

Our in-house team of technical specialists, including first and second-line support, field engineers, trainers, application developers, specialist application support, and administrative staff, are responsible for developing, supporting, and maintaining our systems and services.

We are seeking an enthusiastic ICT Support Assistant to join our Service Delivery team for a 6-month fixed-term contract. This role is essential for supporting our equipment refresh project.

Responsibilities

  • Install end-user hardware and software as part of the ICT systems implementation for the regular refresh program.
  • Ensure timely updates to technical and asset documentation utilized by the team.
  • Provide support to various ICT teams under supervision.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in using and maintaining Microsoft Active Directory.
  • Solid knowledge of ICT, including hardware and Microsoft Office packages.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to interact effectively with staff at all levels across the Trust's Corporate and Clinical Services.
  • Ability to work under supervision within a team environment.

Additional Information

This is a fixed-term position for 6 months.
