We are seeking an enthusiastic ICT Support Assistant to join our Service Delivery team for a 6-month fixed-term contract. This role is essential for supporting our equipment refresh project.

Responsibilities
- Install end-user hardware and software as part of the ICT systems implementation for the regular refresh program.
- Ensure timely updates to technical and asset documentation utilized by the team.
- Provide support to various ICT teams under supervision.
Requirements
- Proven experience in using and maintaining Microsoft Active Directory.
- Solid knowledge of ICT, including hardware and Microsoft Office packages.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to interact effectively with staff at all levels across the Trust's Corporate and Clinical Services.
- Ability to work under supervision within a team environment.
Additional Information
This is a fixed-term position for 6 months.
