About JodVeda and the Role

JodVeda is a healthcare brand focused exclusively on Ayurveda, dedicated to bridging the gap between people and traditional Ayurvedic knowledge. They are currently seeking a qualified BAMS Doctor or Ayurvedic Physician to join their clinical team in Delhi-NCR to offer expert, patient-focused Ayurvedic consultations and treatments.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough patient consultations to gather medical histories and understand symptoms and health concerns.
• Carry out Ayurvedic clinical assessments to evaluate patient conditions accurately.
• Formulate and implement personalized Ayurvedic treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.
• Advise patients on Ayurvedic medicines, diet modifications, lifestyle habits, and compatible therapies.
• Perform ongoing patient follow-ups to observe treatment effectiveness and progress.
• Maintain detailed patient records including case histories, prescriptions, and follow-up documentation.
• Clearly communicate treatment strategies and Ayurvedic guidance to patients for better compliance.
• Establish professional and trust-based relationships with patients.
• Collaborate effectively with clinic staff to ensure smooth patient management and routine operations.
• Uphold ethical standards and patient-oriented practices within the clinic.
• Keep abreast with latest developments and practices in Ayurveda for clinical enhancement.

Candidate Requirements

• Possess a BAMS degree from an accredited university or institution.
• At least one year of relevant hands-on clinical experience preferred.
• Comprehensive knowledge of Ayurvedic principles, medicinal applications, and clinical treatment techniques.
• Proficient in patient interaction, clinical assessment, and Ayurvedic consultation processes.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to counsel patients effectively.
• Demonstrate professionalism, responsibility, compassion, and a patient-centric approach.
• Capable of explaining Ayurvedic treatments and lifestyle advice in an understandable manner.
• Motivated to learn continuously and grow professionally within the JodVeda environment.

Preferred Expertise

• Experience or familiarity with Nadi Pariksha (pulse diagnosis) and Prakriti assessment.
• Knowledge in Ayurvedic diet and lifestyle counseling.
• Awareness of Panchakarma therapies.
• Specialization or interest in joint and musculoskeletal health.
• Managing chronic and lifestyle-related health issues.
• Efficient patient follow-up and clinical documentation skills.
