Role Overview
The Baker plays a key role in the bakery by arriving early, starting shifts as early as 3 AM, and contributing to the production of quality bagels that define the brand. The position involves restocking bagel walls and pastry displays, assisting customers by taking orders, preparing sandwiches, and ensuring a clean and safe work environment.

Candidate Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
- Willingness to work flexible schedules including early mornings (starting as early as 3 AM) and weekends as required.
- Ability to pass applicable background checks based on local, state, and federal regulations.
- Possession of a valid state-issued driver’s license is preferred, required only in specific locations, and compliance with company driving policies.
