About the Role
Join Einstein Bros. Bagels as a Baker and be part of a team that has been crafting fresh bagels daily since 1995. This role offers a distinctive work-life balance with shifts ending by mid-afternoon, allowing you to enjoy your evenings and special moments with family. You'll be an essential member of the bakery team, arriving early to prepare the bagels and pastries that define the brand's quality and customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
As a Baker, you will ensure the availability of high-quality products by replenishing the bagel wall and pastry cases each shift. Collaboration is key, so assisting with order taking and sandwich preparation is also part of the role. Maintaining a safe, sanitary, and welcoming store environment is vital to uphold the store's standards of service and food quality.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum age of 18 years.
- Capability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work various shifts and days as business demands, including some early starts as early as 3 AM and weekends.
- Ability to pass a background check compliant with local, state, and federal regulations.
- Possession of a valid state driver's license is preferred but only mandatory at certain locations; must meet company driving qualifications if applicable.
- Eligibility for tips depending on state laws.
