Graduate Opportunity

TikTok is hiring graduates to join in 2026. This role is intended for early-career talent looking to begin a software engineering career, work on ambitious ideas, and grow in a fast-moving environment.

Responsibilities

• Help deliver rapid product improvements for TikTok Search and support ongoing business growth.
• Improve system speed, reliability, and stability so the search product remains fast and dependable.
• Contribute to the design and governance of search engineering infrastructure so the overall architecture runs efficiently.
• Support offline search processing by building fresh multimedia indexes and dependable offline data foundations for the search engine.

Requirements

• Must be in the final year of study in computer science, software engineering, information technology, or a closely related discipline.
• Should have strong knowledge of back-end technologies.
• Should be familiar with commonly used back-end frameworks.
• Preferred: enthusiasm for technology, strong communication ability, and a collaborative team mindset.
