About Baroda Global Shared Services Ltd

BGSS is designed to manage large-scale back-office operations across the Bank, specializing in standardizing processes and ensuring high-volume operations are performed accurately and promptly. The team at BGSS is trained in global best practices and equipped with the latest technology to deliver optimal productivity and swift turnaround times while maintaining strict regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assess and process loan applications efficiently and accurately.
  • Verify all customer documents and financial details to ensure completeness and correctness.
  • Ensure adherence to internal company policies as well as external regulatory requirements.
  • Liaise and coordinate effectively with customers, sales teams, and underwriting personnel.
  • Maintain precise records and monitor the status of loan applications systematically.
  • Facilitate the prompt disbursement of loans and address any challenges arising during processing.

Requirements

  • Graduate degree in any field.
  • Previous experience in loan processing or in the banking and financial services sector is preferred.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills paired with computer proficiency.
