About the Role
Monamaar India is seeking a creative and detail-focused Back Office Executive to join their team in Kolkata, West Bengal. This role is ideal for candidates who possess strong communication abilities, proficient Excel skills, and an enthusiasm for e-commerce, fashion, and digital content creation.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage daily back-office activities and maintain comprehensive product data.
- Create and update Excel spreadsheets, including reports, inventory logs, and sales data analysis.
- Draft compelling and SEO-optimized product descriptions for sarees, blouses, fashion items, and accessories.
- Upload and manage product listings on various e-commerce platforms such as Myntra and others.
- Prepare detailed product listings featuring titles, descriptions, images, sizes, and relevant attributes.
- Utilize AI-based tools to generate product images, edit photographs, and develop creative content.
- Support the creation of Instagram reels, product videos, captions, and social media content.
- Collaborate with the photography and content team to enhance product presentation.
- Ensure high accuracy of product information and maintain timely updates.
- Conduct basic online research and competitive analysis to aid strategy.
Candidate Requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including sorting, filtering, and basic formula use.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Basic understanding of operations on e-commerce platforms.
- A creative mindset with keen interest in fashion-related content.
- Familiarity with AI tools for image and content creation is an advantage.
