The Munich Marriott City West is a premier venue setting new standards in meetings and events, with 398 guest rooms and nearly 5000 sqm of public space, including a modern conference center and multiple dining outlets such as the Assoluto restaurant and Vineria. Situated in Munich's lively Westend area near the Old Town and Oktoberfest grounds, the hotel combines upscale hospitality with a stylish atmosphere featuring amenities like a roof terrace and MClub Lounge with panoramic city views.

We are seeking a dedicated Back of House Attendant to uphold cleanliness, organization, and efficiency behind the scenes, ensuring equipment, utensils, and workspaces are properly maintained to support an excellent guest experience. This role requires teamwork, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and organization in kitchen and back-of-house areas to ensure readiness for operations.
• Clean, sanitize, and store kitchen equipment, utensils, and supplies correctly.
• Manage and organize Food & Beverage equipment efficiently.
• Assist with the setup and dismantling of banquets, conferences, and special events.
• Adhere to Marriott, HACCP, and safety standards consistently.
• Identify and report maintenance, hygiene, and safety issues promptly.
• Collaborate closely with kitchen and Food & Beverage teams to ensure smooth daily functioning.
• Contribute to maintaining a safe, efficient, and well-structured working environment.

Candidate Profile

• Previous experience in stewarding, Food & Beverage operations, hospitality, or kitchen environments is preferred.
• Strong understanding of the importance of cleanliness, hygiene, and safety within professional hospitality settings.
• Organized, dependable, and a team player with a keen eye for detail and high standards.
• Professional, motivated, and structured approach to work tasks.
• Proficient in English with effective communication skills.
• Positive attitude paired with a proactive, hands-on approach.
• Work permit for EU/Germany along with proficiency in German language are mandatory.
