About the Project
The Kiel corporate group is a leading European manufacturer of passenger seating systems for buses and trains, renowned worldwide for quality, innovation, and reliability. To foster innovation and advance corporate culture, we invite motivated students to conduct a strategically important thesis project focused on modernizing our internal suggestion system into a forward-looking idea management solution.
Responsibilities
- Examine and evaluate the current internal suggestion system.
- Conduct research and assess scientific approaches and current methods for measuring employee satisfaction.
- Identify opportunities for improvement regarding processes, acceptance, and cost-effectiveness.
- Design a contemporary idea management framework to promote innovation and continuous improvement.
- Create a clear premium and evaluation system.
- Develop standardized procedures from idea submission to implementation.
- Define appropriate key performance indicators for measuring success.
- Support the rollout of the new system alongside the HR manager.
- Present findings and recommendations to company leadership.
Candidate Profile
- Studying Business Administration, Economic Psychology, or a related discipline.
- Interest in organizational development, change management, and process optimization.
- Analytical and methodical working style.
- Proactive attitude and strong conceptual thinking abilities.
- Effective communication skills and confident demeanor.
- Proficient with standard MS Office tools.
