Calls Experts is an experienced global contact center solutions provider with over 15 years serving clients primarily across North America. We are looking for driven sales professionals enthusiastic about outbound sales and establishing strong connections with business decision-makers.
Key Responsibilities
- Initiate outbound cold calls to prospective business clients.
- Engage directly with business owners, executives, and key decision-makers.
- Oversee all stages of the sales process, including initial contact, qualification, and follow-up.
- Develop strong client relationships by understanding their needs and proposing fitting solutions.
- Address objections confidently and conduct negotiations professionally.
- Maintain a reliable sales pipeline and document all communications accurately.
Candidate Profile
Applicants should have experience in areas such as B2B or B2C sales, business development, inside sales, telesales, lead generation, cold calling, and account management or acquisition.
Strong skills include excellent spoken English with a clear professional accent, effective communication, negotiation, objection management, relationship building with business professionals, self-motivation, goal orientation, and ability to work in a high-volume outbound sales environment. Previous remote sales or call center experience is a plus.
Compensation and Benefits
- Monthly base salary of 700 USD
- Performance bonuses up to 500 USD per month
