  • Complete necessary training and uphold company maintenance authorisation requirements.
  • Guide and support technicians and trade personnel to maintain quality standards.
  • Maintain precise documentation, including worksheets and shift handovers.
  • Identify maintenance challenges early and escalate issues as needed.
  • Undertake travel within Australia or overseas as operationally required.
  • Perform additional tasks as directed to support operational effectiveness.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Possession of CASA Part 66 Category B2 Licence; an AW139 unrestricted type rating is preferred.

  • A strong focus on compliance and safety awareness.
  • Ability to operate independently with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Effective communication, problem-solving, and time management capabilities.

Desirable Attributes

  • At least two years’ experience in aircraft or aeronautical product maintenance, overhaul, or repair.
  • Competence in managing and prioritising competing workloads.
  • Proficiency with computer applications, including Microsoft Office and maintenance/inventory software systems.
  • Experience in mentoring or leading team members consistent with CHC’s values.
  • Adaptability to shift work schedules and occasional deployments.
