Job Details and Working Hours

• Workdays: Sunday through Thursday
• Shift timing: 3:00 PM to 12:30 AM

The Availability/Night Fill Manager oversees store presentation, merchandising, restocking, and recovery activities primarily during off-peak hours to minimize customer disruption.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire the Nightfill team through coaching and motivation
• Maintain merchandising standards, planograms, and display guidelines
• Ensure the store environment is safe, organized, and visually appealing
• Operate under strict time constraints to keep the store well-stocked and attractive

Candidate Profile and Qualifications

• Proven leadership capability with a proactive, can-do mindset
• Strong communication skills
• Experience in retail, particularly with stock management, merchandising, recovery, and presentation is advantageous
• Willingness to actively engage and assist in tasks on the floor
