We are excited to offer an opportunity for a Technician role at our Mercedes-Benz dealership in Brooklands. This position involves technical diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs, ensuring Mercedes-Benz vehicles operate at optimum performance while delivering excellent customer service.
Candidate Profile
- Proven experience as an automotive Technician, ideally with Mercedes-Benz vehicles.
- Deep understanding of automotive systems, diagnostics, and achieving first-time repairs.
- A strong focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
- Relevant professional qualifications in automotive technology.
- Possession of a full, clean UK Driving Licence.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out comprehensive diagnostics to accurately identify vehicle issues.
- Execute maintenance and repair tasks aligned with Mercedes-Benz standards.
- Prepare detailed post-assessment reports and provide clear recommendations.
- Communicate effectively with colleagues and customers.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of evolving automotive technologies and systems.
Qualifications and Skills
- Level 3 NVQ or equivalent in automotive engineering.
- At least three years' certification and experience in a diagnostic or systems technician role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Capability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

Additional Information
This full-time permanent role entails a 40-hour work week, typically Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 17:00, with occasional Saturday shifts as part of a rota system.
