Job Summary

The Store Manager will be accountable for achieving sales and profit goals of the store, leading and guiding store staff, and ensuring outstanding customer service. The role includes oversight of equipment safety and operational maintenance.

Key Responsibilities and Qualifications

• Demonstrate a goal-driven, proactive mindset.
• Possess retail sales experience, ideally within automotive or similar sectors.
• Be proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
• Understand inventory control techniques and accountability procedures.
• Have knowledge relating to tires, automotive services, and retail business workings.
• Comprehend financial aspects such as pricing strategies, discounting, and profit margins.
• Maintain effective communication with customers, colleagues, and management.
• Handle multiple duties while maintaining accuracy and composure.
• Physical capability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, crouch, twist, reach, grasp, and lift or push/pull items weighing up to 60 pounds for two-thirds of the workday.
• Able to lift or move heavier loads over 60 pounds for up to one-third of work hours.
• Preferred education includes an Associate's or Bachelor’s degree in Business or an Automotive related field.
• Minimum five years in a leadership or supervisory role within the automotive industry is advantageous.
