Role Overview

The Service Lot Porter plays a vital role in ensuring a positive customer experience by greeting visitors and maintaining top-notch vehicle condition and orderly lot appearance. This position requires being attentive to the vehicles on the lot and supporting ongoing business growth through excellent service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Install protective elements such as seat covers, steering wheel covers, floor guards, and key tags on vehicles undergoing service.
• Safeguard all vehicle keys by returning them to designated locations, ensure that cars are locked, windows are rolled up, and keys are securely stored.
• Adhere strictly to all company policies and procedures, and report any illegal activities to management immediately.
• Maintain active engagement with management, team leads, colleagues, and workflows to nurture positive relationships with clients and internal teams alike, supporting customer satisfaction and repeat business.
• Promptly communicate any concerns or situations to management that require attention or resolution.

Requirements

• Possession of a valid driver's license maintained for at least three years.
• Demonstrated history of meeting or exceeding goals.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Professional demeanor and strong work ethic.
• Energetic personality with a positive attitude.
• Exceptional customer service capabilities.
• Authorization to work legally in the USA.
• Ability to pass required pre-employment screenings including background checks, motor vehicle record inspections, and drug testing.
