Automotive Salesperson - Rockwall

Overview

Clay Cooley Auto Group is hiring energetic, driven, and self-motivated automotive sales professionals to support a growing dealership sales team. This position is suited to individuals with a strong track record of performance in a dealership environment, a dependable work background, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate clearly and professionally.

The role offers commission-based compensation that varies with experience and includes the opportunity to earn significant income. A bonus of $2,000 is available after completing the first 90 days of sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Learn vehicle features, strengths, and specifications in order to present suitable and competitively priced choices during the sales conversation.
• Reach out to potential buyers, highlight applicable incentives, and explain financing choices and warranty coverage.
• Join customers on test drives, establish trust, and respond to questions about the vehicle.
• Guide customers confidently through the close of the sale and provide the information they need to move forward.
• Work toward monthly or quarterly sales goals established by management.

Requirements

• Prior experience is not mandatory, as paid training is provided.
• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• At least 1 year of sales experience is preferred.
• Basic computer skills are required.
• Experience with automotive CRM software is considered an advantage.
