About the Role
Ultimate Cars is seeking a confident, motivated, and customer-centric sales professional to expand our team. This role transcends traditional vehicle sales, requiring someone who can engage customers effectively, close deals efficiently, and represent Ultimate Cars positively in promotional videos and social media platforms.
Key Responsibilities and Requirements
- Demonstrate proven sales ability in any sector, with prior automotive dealership experience considered an advantage but not mandatory.
- Exhibit excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Possess a confident and charismatic presence suitable for on-camera appearances.
- Have basic capabilities in photo and video editing.
- Show genuine enthusiasm for delivering exceptional customer service.
- Be self-driven and goal-oriented, consistently striving to meet monthly sales targets.
- Build and maintain lasting relationships with customers.
- Maintain a positive outlook and a desire to learn continuously.
- Hold or be eligible to obtain a full New Zealand driver’s license.
- Meet the legal requirements to work in New Zealand.
- Experience in automotive sales, finance, retail, real estate, or any other client-facing sales role is highly valued.
- An interest in vehicles, proficiency in multiple languages, and willingness to work on rostered weekends are additional assets.
