About the Role
This position is for an automotive paint repair specialist working at the service center in Al Hufuf, Eastern Province, Saudi Arabia. The role focuses on restoring vehicle paintwork, supporting body-and-paint operations, and helping the center meet customer satisfaction and service-sales objectives while following company values and standard operating procedures.

Key Responsibilities
- Carry out vehicle paint repair work based on customer requests, with close guidance from the Chief Technician, while aiming to meet the agreed delivery time and estimated repair cost.
- Inspect and assess vehicles before repair by using the required tools and equipment under the supervision of the service Chief Technician to determine damage and repair scope.
- Support the team in resolving complex technical issues by testing and examining vehicles so the correct body and paint repair method is applied.
- Handle after-sales body and paint tasks in line with company policies and procedures, coordinating effectively with the Team Leader.
- Contribute to a guest-focused service approach so that paint and body work is completed to a high standard and customer satisfaction remains strong.
- Work with the Job Controller to enter accurate operation numbers, document completed repairs, and update vehicle delivery status using computerized time control sheets for productivity tracking.
- Receive and act on technical updates, service bulletins, and daily work instructions through regular meetings with the Team Leader to improve skills and keep operations running smoothly.
- Support center sales and service efforts by assisting with after-sales marketing campaigns, Kaizen activities, and related business initiatives aimed at achieving set targets.
- Use all workshop facilities, tools, and equipment properly to ensure safe, efficient, and policy-compliant center operations.
- Complete assigned duties in coordination with the service team and in accordance with standard operating procedures to help the center reach its operational goals.
Requirements
- High school education or an equivalent qualification is required.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a service environment is needed.
- Ability to manage time well and work effectively under deadlines.
- Comfort with learning new information and applying it to day-to-day problem solving.
- Capacity to stay composed when handling pressure, criticism, or challenging situations.
- Persistence, patience, and a results-oriented approach to completing repair tasks.
- Strong awareness of issues and the ability to identify when a problem may exist.
- Good reasoning skills and the ability to connect information logically.
- Ability to work collaboratively with different people and handle varied viewpoints.
- Persuasive, resilient, and service-oriented attitude suited to after-sales work.
