About the Role
Join Surf Toyota, an official Toyota dealership located in Tweed Heads South near Coolangatta, NSW, to be part of a dedicated team committed to vehicle excellence.
Job Opportunities
They are currently seeking team members for multiple roles including used car detailing, automotive mechanic, assistant mechanic, parts interpreter, panel beating and paint staff, vehicle movement drivers, and administrative roles such as accounts and scheduling.
Key Responsibilities
- Utilize various tools and techniques to restore used cars to like-new condition.
- Perform tasks including painting, panel beating, mechanical repairs, assisting mechanics, and small dent repairs (PDR).
- Drive and move vehicles as required within the dealership.
- Conduct thorough interior cleaning covering seats, carpets, dashboards, and door panels.
- Repair and restore scratches and damages on vehicles.
Candidate Requirements
- Must hold a valid Australian standard driver's license or be willing to obtain/convert it after joining.
- Passion for cars and interest in working in an automotive environment.
- Welcoming applications from both experienced and inexperienced candidates.
- Basic to intermediate English communication skills to ensure effective interaction; Japanese-speaking staff are available for support.
- Eligible visa holders including working holiday, student, business, permanent residency, citizenship, or other visa types.
Work Details
- Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (NSW time).
- Employment types available: part-time, full-time, or casual.
- Work location: 64/74 Minjungbal Drive, Tweed Heads South, NSW, approximately a 10-minute drive from Gold Coast Airport.
