Position Summary

The Automation and Robotics Specialist Level 2 is responsible for both the functional and operational management of their designated domain. This role demands ongoing evolution of work processes and standards to stay aligned with industry and company changes. The specialist ensures implementation and feedback are integrated effectively and supports project teams with expertise.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate contacts within the scope of work functionally and operationally.
• Establish and maintain a robust reference framework to ensure deliverables are achieved.
• Address cross-functional challenges by proposing practical solutions.
• Respond to directives from AVP and project teams, actively participating in both.
• Incorporate feedback during launch phases to optimize outcomes.
• Conduct benchmarking to ascertain best practices within the perimeter.
• Maintain and evolve standards while contributing to training strategies.
• Foster collaboration and knowledge sharing through joint efforts.
• Enhance business efficiency via consultancy to specialists, innovation development, knowledge dissemination, and network management with internal teams and external partners.
