Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and meticulous Junior Architect or AutoCAD Draughtsman to become part of our team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent technical drawing capabilities and practical expertise in architectural drafting and modeling utilizing AutoCAD and Revit software.
Primary Duties
- Produce architectural drawings, layouts, and detailed working drawings.
- Create precise construction drawings and elaborate on details tailored to each project's demands.
- Develop both 2D and 3D models leveraging AutoCAD and Revit platforms.
- Collaborate effectively with senior architects, consultants, and on-site teams.
- Support project planning, design evolution, and comprehensive documentation processes.
- Ensure all drawings meet relevant building codes and industry standards.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch), Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a Diploma in a related field.
- Experience ranging between 0 to 3 years; fresh graduates with robust software proficiency are encouraged to apply.
- Competency in using AutoCAD, Fusion 360, ArtCAM, and other 3D modeling software.
- Good grasp of architectural concepts and the ability to interpret construction drawings effectively.
- Strong communication skills and ability to coordinate within a multidisciplinary team.
- Availability to work full-time at the office location.
