Core Duties

• Keep the front office clean each day by taking out trash, cleaning floors, and dusting surfaces.
• Support the detail department whenever assistance is needed.
• Maintain cleanliness in the production area by emptying waste bins, sweeping floors, removing discarded parts, helping clean spray booths, and returning tools and equipment to the correct place.
• Use company vehicles to complete shop errands, collect parts, and transport customer vehicles for pickup and delivery.
• Keep the parking lot and surrounding grounds tidy and well organized.
• Handle minor building and equipment upkeep or repairs when required.
• Protect vehicles from weather conditions.
• Make sure all vehicles are secured and keys are stored separately and safely.
• Take on other tasks as needed to support business operations.

Qualifications

• You must be 18 years of age or older.
• A valid driver's license is required.
• You should be able to communicate clearly with both teammates and customers.
• You need the ability to operate equipment safely and efficiently.

Physical Requirements

The role regularly involves using the hands and requires speaking and hearing. It often includes standing, sitting, and walking for extended periods. At times, the job may involve reaching with the arms and moving items weighing up to 20 pounds. Close vision, peripheral vision, and the ability to adjust focus are needed.
