About the Company
The Authority Relationship Officer (ARO) heads the legal and compliance operations within the organization. This role acts as the key liaison with the Ministry of Interior (MOI), Traffic Department (TD), and other governmental agencies involved in overseeing School Monitoring and Driving Test services. The ARO ensures independent supervision of all monitoring activities including Test Management and School Monitoring, maintaining integrity and avoiding conflicts of interest. Candidates with approximately 15 years of experience in mandatory driving tests and prior representation within public administration, especially within an authority or ministry, are preferred.
Role Overview
Reporting directly to the CEO, the ARO represents the department in Senior Management Committee discussions and decision-making sessions as needed.
Core Responsibilities
- Develop and enforce a regulatory quality assurance framework for supervising Driving School activities.
- Design and apply a regulatory system governing the administration of Pre-Evaluation, Theoretical, and Practical Driving Tests.
- Monitor and enforce compliance with national and regional examination standards at all locations.
- Manage internal inspection schedules and procedures related to each operational area.
- Ensure all processes strictly follow ethical and religious standards throughout every phase.
- Continuously review and update policies aligning them with new legislation and formal directives.
- Act as the main liaison with external regulatory authorities regarding School Monitoring and Driving Test service delivery.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Political Science, Public Administration, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 8 years in quality assurance, compliance, or regulatory roles, preferably within driving tests or logistics sectors.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities in governmental or strictly regulated contexts is highly advantageous.
- Fluent communication and negotiation skills in Arabic and English.
- Saudi Arabian nationality is mandatory.
