Position Overview

Entrupy is hiring a full-time Authentication Specialist based in the United Arab Emirates or the Philippines. This salaried role involves training to authenticate various luxury brands by examining Entrupy's microscopic data coupled with comprehensive brand education. The specialist will accurately assess and label items to support the enhancement of machine learning algorithms while consistently meeting or exceeding service level agreements through quality and efficient processing.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee real-time authentication of high-end luxury products for customers.
• Verify the accuracy of internal assessments related to newly launched brands and materials.
• Communicate with customers for follow-ups as required.

Qualifications and Skills

• Fluency in Japanese at a native level along with business proficiency in English.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret extensive and often similar data sets.
• Exceptional focus for monitoring and reviewing large volumes of information.
• Attention to detail and accuracy coupled with effective time management.
• Technologically competent, adept at using internal management systems, Google Suite, Slack, Zoom, and similar platforms.
• Flexibility to work during weekends, holidays, and outside Entrupy's public operating hours of 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
