About Rele

Rele is an early-stage, stealth-mode startup creating a new app and platform designed to bring genuine human connection back into social media. The company is being built around a strong values-led culture centered on innovation, adaptability, openness, and a respectful, psychologically safe environment.

Culture is positioned as the company’s main advantage, and the team is expected to help shape an authentic, trusted community from the ground up. The business is preparing for a Q3 2026 launch and is looking for a pioneering social media professional to help develop its influencer marketing approach and audience strategy.

Role Overview

This position is focused on user acquisition, retention, and building momentum for a new community platform. The goal is not just to attract users, but to bring in the right audience for the product.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support company initiatives aimed at growing new user communities.
  • Work with leadership to create a launch plan and map the path toward the first 1,000 and 10,000 users.
  • Research active communities with expanding memberships, such as clubs, charities, and interest-based groups, that could be strong adoption targets.
  • Use established social media channels to bring new users into the platform.
  • Spot potential super users and build a feedback cycle with them.
  • Define and track performance metrics for audience growth and success.
  • Collaborate with the wider team to strengthen brand positioning across the platform and supporting materials.
  • Carry out market research and competitive analysis, then present findings to leadership.
  • Support venture capital pitch activities when required.
  • Create detailed buyer personas and audience segments to ensure content reaches the most relevant users.
  • Help drive acquisition through focused campaigns, giveaways, and newer digital channels.

Additional Information

The role is part-time before venture capital funding is secured. Compensation includes equity on a pre-agreed vesting schedule, with salary becoming available after a successful capital raise.

Experience with graphic design or video editing software is considered an advantage, though it is not mandatory.
