Attorney – Legal Research and Analysis

About the Role

We are looking for U.S.-licensed attorneys to contribute their legal expertise towards the advancement of innovative AI systems. This position involves comprehensive legal research, detailed analysis, drafting, and reviewing legal content to enhance AI's comprehension of complex legal matters. Prior experience with AI is not a prerequisite.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform thorough legal research and interpretation regarding various aspects of United States law.
• Draft, scrutinize, and refine legal documents and content for clarity and precision.
• Assess legal materials to ensure they are accurate, clear, and consistent.
• Provide structured, constructive feedback aimed at improving the quality of legal content.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active license to practice law in the United States.
• Previous experience working at a leading U.S. law firm is essential.
• Demonstrated superior skills in legal research, analysis, and drafting.
• Exceptional written and oral communication abilities.
• Strong attention to detail combined with the capability to operate independently in a remote environment.
