Role Overview

We are seeking skilled ATS Resume Writers / Resume Consultants to develop fully ATS-compliant, customized resumes aligned precisely with client job descriptions. This role involves actively employing AI tools like ChatGPT and Claude to research, draft, and polish resume content that enhances client visibility in automated and human screenings.

Responsibilities

• Interpret client job descriptions, extracting vital skills, keywords, and criteria.
• Compose resumes that achieve full ATS compatibility, closely matching each target job.
• Leverage AI platforms proficiently for drafting, refining, and optimizing resumes.
• Design resume layouts with correct formatting and keyword distribution to maximize ATS scores.
• Create concise, impactful bullet points that showcase client achievements and competencies.
• Conduct thorough editing and proofreading to eliminate errors and clarify content.
• Maintain consistent tone, structure, and quality across all resume outputs.
• Manage multiple client requests efficiently while adhering to deadlines.
• Collaborate with colleagues, following company standards and continuous improvement feedback.
• Stay informed on emerging AI technologies, resume writing trends, and ATS optimization methods.

Candidate Profile

• Open to freshers and candidates with experience.
• Proficient use of AI writing tools (ChatGPT, Claude etc.) in a professional context.
• Knowledge or eagerness to learn resume development, ATS workings, and formatting conventions.
• Strong command of English grammar and vocabulary, with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to accurately interpret job descriptions and translate them into tailored resume content.
• Effective time management and capability to juggle multiple assignments under strict timelines.
• Self-driven, disciplined, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Passion for writing, career counseling, and enhancing clients' professional prospects.
• Basic proficiency with MS Word, Google Docs, and AI-based systems.
• Willingness to work night shifts onsite and commute to Hyderabad office.

Compensation and Schedule

• Part-Time: ₹5000 per month, 5:00 PM to 10:00 PM.
• Full-Time: ₹10000 per month, 5:00 PM to 3:00 AM.
• Performance bonuses awarded for exceptional quality, volume, and consistency.

Work Environment

• Fully onsite role based at Hyderabad office near Kompally.
• Night shift mandatory; candidates must be comfortable working evening to early morning hours.
• Applicants should have own laptops for work purposes.
• Preference given to Hyderabad residents or those able to commute safely at night.
