Job Summary
The role involves maintaining, refurbishing, and programming Automated Teller Machines (ATMs) for both field deployment and in-house storage. Responsibilities include assessing returned ATMs from the field, restoring them for reuse, and ensuring an orderly workspace and warehouse environment. The position demands an individual capable of working independently with flexibility, meticulousness, and strong teamwork skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Program and stage various ATM brands such as Triton, Hyosung, NCR, Wincor, and Diebold for installation.
- Evaluate returned ATMs to ensure programming has been reset to factory defaults.
- Clean and refurbish ATMs, preparing them for redeployment.
- Complete ATM pull sheets and credit notes as necessary.
- Maintain thorough documentation for every machine on file.
- Keep the preparation area clean and well-organized.
- Store processed machines properly, ensuring each is labeled correctly.
- Participate in inventory counts.
- Update and manage procedure manuals for ATM terminals.
- Handle order picking and packing tasks as required.
- Cross-train in other warehouse roles.
- Perform other assigned duties.
- Occasionally lift items up to 50 pounds.
Additional Information
This is an onsite contract position with no travel required, operating from 8 AM to 5 PM in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada.
